Climbing Mountains
Not much in the way of snow this year in Colorful Colorado. I’m waiting for the customary big hit we usually get before the end of March, but it just doesn’t even feel like it’s coming. There was a beautiful day on my day off and I got the opportunity to do some car repair work, thanks to my 24 year old SUV. I have bruises to prove it. But the high from knowing you took apart something and put it back together AND fixed the problem makes it all worth it.
I am sad to report that in looking at my site statistics, I have most likely missed a message from someone who used the quick form in my contact page to send me a message. I noticed it had said 1 contact, but I did not find any message in my email address that I use for the business. I made my own test message and still I received nothing. So, after further research I found I had made a typo in my own email address that I attached to the form. If the sender of the message happens to read this, I have remedied the problem, but your original message is lost to me.
Also, I have started on a new project without finishing any of the others, so I will be doing my best to whip out several projects by the end of the next week. One more thing that is going on is I rescued some chairs off the street and they are next to new, and come all the way from the Pottery Barn in San Fransisco, CA! I feel like putting them here on my page in the shop, but I don’t know if it will be enough exposure. Heck, maybe it will help draw people in. I have stated that reclaimed furniture is on my list of things to sell. Seems the area I am in is always offering up good finds, nearly every month. I did score some shelf units last month that I am planning to keep for myself, but I may persuade myself to part with them for the right price. Only problem is anywhere I can google something similar to them it says call for price. And I am not giving those vultures my digits, no sir.
